Sauted Boneless Breast of Turkey Mushroom Sauce
An incredible boneless turkey formula to attempt !
Boneless Turkey Ingredients :
* 2 oz explained spread
* 10 Boneless, skinless boneless turkey bosoms
* to taste - - - salt
* to taste - - - white pepper
* 2 oz flour (for digging)
* 10 oz mushrooms (white) cut
* 1 oz lemon juice
* 2.5 cup Suprême sauce, hot (see formula)
For the Suprême sauce:
* 2 qt turkey velouté
* 1 pt weighty cream
* 2 oz spread
* to taste salt
* to taste white pepper
* to taste lemon juice
Boneless Turkey INSTRUCTIONS
* Add sufficient explained margarine to a sauté dish to simply cover the base with a slender film.
* Put on the reach over moderate hotness.Bbq-chicken-and-marinated-mushrooms.
* While the dish is warming, season the boneless turkey bosoms and dig in flour.
* Shake off overabundance flour.
* Place the boneless turkey bosoms in the hot dish, show side (that is, the side that had the skin) down.
* Sauté over moderate hotness until gently carmelized and about half cooked.
* The hotness should be managed so the boneless turkey doesn't brown excessively quick.

For the Suprême sauce:
